Fritz showed up as planned. He and his helper went right to work. I have two dogs and have not cleaned my grout since I moved in 5 years ago. Apparently the builder did not seal the original grout. Fritz did such a fantastic job that my tile looks like it did when I first moved in. His pricing was better than most and the job was done inside of two hours.
